Who is West Shore Ledgers;

Owned and operated by Michelle Fitzpatrick, Professional Bookkeeper, with over 25+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience. The reward of providing successful bookkeeping and payroll services to the small business over the years is why I am reaching out to you today to offer our services and to commit to you, honest, reliable and confident bookkeeping services for your business.

How do we work for you;
We are a total remote bookkeeping and payroll service company utilizing today’s technology providing a consistent and accurate service for your business. We use the #1 accounting software, QuickBooks Online which allows us to keep your account live and updated on a daily basis. We are QBO Certified ProAdvisors and we continually keep ourselves updated with the changes and updates QBO provides. Our bookkeeping services are provided to you weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly, depending on your company needs.

We utilize the Zoom App to keep in constant contact with you. Scheduled meetings are encouraged and at your convenience. We are available by email and texts.

What is the cost for our services;
Different businesses have different needs for their bookkeeping and payroll. We have clients on a weekly basis that may only need bank feeds done or may only need accounts payable. We have monthly clients whom we do payroll only. Our services are all about your needs so costs can vary depending on what we provide. We are happy to work with you to make sure you are receiving the services you need at a price well worth the service we provide for your business.
